Legia 3-1 Podbeskidzie

Hugollek - Wiadomość archiwalna

After a terrifying match Legia managed to defeat 3-1 Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała on Monday evening. It’s unbelievable but until the 83rd minute of the game Warsaw footballers were losing 0-1!

The first goal was scored by Podbeskidzie’s Robert Demjan in the twelfth minute of the match. Warsaw players were trying to defeat rivals’ defenders and their goalkeeper. However, they were extremely ineffective.
Michał Żyro equalised seven minutes before the end of the game. Three minutes later Legia’s nursling Dominik Furman struck the second goal for his team. The final goal was scored in the injury time by Miroslav Radović.
There were more than 15.000 people in the stands. Nevertheless, Legia’s fans decided not to support their team during the match due to some problems with the police and the Masovian governor, who are considering whether to close one of the stadium stands or not.
